It is inevitable complication of surgery for cancer of the Prostate

Thanks for query .

You have undergone surgery for cancer of prostate in 2010 and facing problem of incontinence of urine since very recently .

The problem of incontinence that you have is multi fold reasons like depression ,Parkinson ism ,and post operative bladder neck stenosis.

There is hardly any thing can be done in presence of such multi fold problems .

You can discuss with your Urologist regarding putting artificial urethral sphincter
