I am so sorry to hear about what you experienced today. This is obviously embarrassing and I understand your concerns. Most likely, you didn't pay enough attention at some point and this happened unconsciously. Given you age, several possible disease conditions that explain this are very unlikely. Ad unless it happens again, there is no need to get concerned about this. It is of no pathological significance unless it gets to happen again.

For now, monitor simply and if it happens again, report to me and at that time, I will consider further steps to address it.
