Brief Answer:
Urine culture and sensitivity test should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.

Pain in the anterior vagina is most likely due to urinary tract infection.
Sometimes, the bacteria causing it does not respond to Cipro.

You should get a urine culture and sensitivity examination done so that the exact antibiotic can be decided.

Further antibiotics should be taken according to the test result.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Feel free to ask further.
