The antibiotic that’s usually used to treat UTIs is Sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim (Bactrim ) for one week.
Other possibilities are Amoxicillin,Ciprofloxacin ,Levofloxacin.

It is indicated for Staphylococcus aureus infections and staph. aureus is not a common cause of UTI and STD.
