Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection

This could possibly be due to Urinary Tract infection.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.
Fever with blood in urine could be due to
- urinary tract infection
- Pyelonephritis (infection of kidney)
- bladder or kidney stone
to name a few.
Do not worry. It would have been great had I examined you on my own.
I would suggest you to
- Drink loads of water
- I would start tablet Paracetamol - this will take care of the fever
- I would also start tablet Norfloxacin - to cure the infection (antibiotic)
- Get a blood haemoglobin, total count, differential count done and a urine culture examination done.
The urine albumin is absolutely normal.
Do not worry much.
Visit a physician. He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.

My apologies for not answering the exact question.
Detailed Answer:
If the test is done for 24 hour urine collection then the result is normal.
But as you mentioned a spot sample , 60 mg/L is a bit high.
The normal level for a spot urine sample albumin is strictly < 30 mg/L (not 20 mg/L as you mentioned).
The range between 30-300 mg/L is known as microalbuminuria.
I would suggest you to get a blood urea and creatinine done to rule out renal pathologies.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
