Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection
Question: Hi, I am having trouble for the first time in my life to urinate-takes a while and comes out in a very small stream at first until it finally comes in a larger quantity. There is some pain and burning associated with it but it looks nothing like bladder infections I have had in the past.
I am not having an urgency to urinate or having any bloody discharge like the bladder infections I have had through the years. This is completely different-not feeling a need to urinate as often and then having trouble urinating when I do go to the bathroom. I drink a lot of water in a day-at least 64-80 oz per day. But my stomach is hurting and I feel a burning sensation most of the time.
Thank you, XXXXXXX xxxxxxx

Brief Answer:
Get your urine tested
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on healthcaremagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I would insist you to get your urine microscopy and culture sensitivity done. This will help in ruling out urinary tract infection as a possible cause.
I will also insist you to do Kegel's exercises. You need to alternately contract and relax your pelvic muscles. Do this two or three times a day in sets of 10. That should help.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Regards
