Alfuzosin-Dutasteride combination drug can be tried.
Detailed Answer:
Kemun hatcho? XXXX and welcome to HCM.
Having gone through your reports, you've tried medical line of treatment for almost a year now.The urine flow rate report must have been explained to you, as being a very poor flow of 2ml/min--normal being 15-22ml/min. The scan report also shows an obstructive prostate gland.
As an Urologist, i would advise you to consider an endoscopic surgery called TURP. You don't need to worry, as you're in good health and hospital stay is about 3-5 days only. Other option is to try a medication, that's a combination of alfuzosin and dutasteride, which your doctor will prescribe. It's more effective than the one you're taking at present. Keep in mind, Alfusin and Alfoo are the same. You must get your PSA test done.
