Brief Answer:
Please make sure that it is urine leak only.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

Due to the increase in the size of the uterus, pressure is exerted on all abdominal and pelvic organs. As a result, constipation, retention of urine, incontinence at times, are all possible.

Yet, you need to make sure that the leakage is only of urine and not a slow leak of amniotic fluid. This can be done through a clinical and ultrasound exam clubbed with test for liquor with the help of nitrazine papers etc.

If leakage of liquor is excluded, you may also test for the presence of any urinary infection and if that is also excluded, you may follow some simple remedies for cure. Avoid plenty of beverages, excess water at bed time and practice frequent emptying of the bladder. Please maintain good genital hygiene.

So, I would ask you to consult your doctor for further management. Please take adequate rest.

Hope I have clarified your query. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
