Brief Answer:
Please send a photo, acne not related to drugs you take

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and am sorry for the health problems you are going through.

You are saying to be suffering from chronic urticaria and angio edema and recently have been changing to new meds. But starting to break out acne.
At this moment, I want to have a look at the acne myself. Can you please send a photo of them to me?

I need to know more about their appearance: pimples? blackheads? Whitehead?
About the location: face? arms? back?

Acne appears when the skin pores are clogged. So, sebum, dirties, and even bacteria are entrapped, causing inflammation and Infection appearing as acne.

There are various stages of acne and different managing treatment are suggested for each of them.

Looking forward to have the requested photo in and give more specific help further.
