Brief Answer:
Outcome is usually guarded for idiopathic cases

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

I have worked through your query in detail.

You possibly seem to have Chronic Idiopathic(unknown cause) Urticaria.

This condition is very difficult to treat and the prognosis(outcome) Is usually guarded(uncertain).

It is best to avoid the common precipitants which bring about this rash.

These precipitants include heat, cold, pressure, exercise, sunlight and emotional stress.

All cases of chronic urticaria should warrant a thorough search for any underlying controllable disease for which a treatment may be existing.

Hence, I advise you to get few baseline tests as follows.

1. CBC.
2. ESR.
3. TSH.
4. ANA profile.
5. Ultrasound abdomen.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these tests to you.

If these tests are already done, kindly upload each and every report in your follow up query.

I would like to substitute DESLOR to XYZAL as the former is a very long acting drug which produces effective relief. Please check with your physician if he can prescribe the same to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
