Brief Answer:
Urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
You might have developed urticaria.
It's an allergic reaction.
You might be developing allergy to any food , clothes, deodorants or anything new which you are doing in past months.
Try to keep a record of what you eat daily and try to find out the cause.
I treat such cases with tablet cetrizine daily in night for a week and local application of a mild steroid cream like desonide to be applied daily in night for a week.
This treatment can only give you symptomatic relief.
It's very important to find out the cause.
Let me know if you have any otherdoubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Find out the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello
As I mentioned earlier, the only treatment is to find out the cause.
Stop using new soap.
Make a list of what you eat daily.
Use desonide lotion.
You can use it all over body.
Dezacor is a steroid, avoid taking it.
You can take tablet cetrizine if there is itch.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
