Suggest Treatment For Urticaria
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: Good Morning Doc,
I have been dealing with a sporadic skin rash for the past two days. It manifests itself on my shoulders, neck and torso, usually along the rib cage. I can feel the itching begin before the rash starts. Yesterday my lower lip swelled slightly and when I woke on Tuesday, my eyelids were puffy. Tonight I've noticed my face warm to the touch and red. The rash is usually in large clusters. Both mornings, when I awoke, the rash would be gone and only coming back in the late afternoon and early evening. Concerned its celiacs but I have no abdominal pain and the rash is manifesting as an allergic reaction.

There has been nothing new or introduced into my environment that would have caused the urticaria. The part that intrigues me is the fact that it has gone away while sleeping but reappears later in the day.
Brief Answer:
Your presentation is so clssical!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The exact cause is not known but the diagnosis and management plan would be very helpful to you. Not only diets and tangible things in your environment might provoke this. Even temperature changes and maybe changes in air composition can be responsible but not evident to you.
For now, be more observant about everything you interact with. Take the drugs for immediate relief and we would readjust accordingly if need be.
Am always available for more exchanges.
Kind regards
