Suggest Treatment For Urticaria

Question: Hello doctor

This is with the previous interaction with you regarding my wife's health urticaria

1 Since when she is having urticaria and hives

45 days

2 any particular time of onset. how frequently it appears
everyday evening

3 it is limited to any particular body part or through out the body.
starts with thighs and legs spread all over

4 do you have any known allergy for any substance.
None that I'm aware off

This has not resolved doctor now she is getting the allergy on her face

Please share a details info

You have mentioned that issue has not been resolved and she is getting hives on her face. please tell me this is new development or she has experienced swelling on face earlier.
What is the status of itching and swelling in other part of body you have mentioned in earlier query?
Does she has any relief after she has started the medication?

Hello Doctor

She is getting occasional Lips swelling and sometimes under eyes swelling ,She is still getting hives on legs and other parts of the body with extremely itching and Scalp itching .She has however reduced the Montek LC dosage to quarter tablet per day which helps her relive the itching within 45 minutes

I am changing the dose of one medicine
start with apis Mel 30 6 pills three times in a day. (change apis 6 to apis 30)
rest of the medication will be same as earlier.
take medicine for 2 week and then update.
