Question: I have pelvic pain, burning and have been treated and tested with Monistat and vaginal flagel. Also, have had a urine test for it. Negative. Any thoughts as to what this might be?

Brief Answer:
Atrophic vaginitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It seems like vaginal atrophy due to menopausal effect of lack of hormones.
It is very common and usually subsides after application of estrogen cream on the vaginal area.
But before starting applying that cream you need to get a physical and local examination in order to rule out the contraindications for the application of this cream.
All the best

Dr Manisha
