Brief Answer:
Normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
It is normal to have bleeding after starting the place holder pills.
The bleeding after taking birth control pills can be heavy for few months, but later on it becomes normal with average flow.
If the spotting is still continued after 're starting the pills, then you should consult your doctor for changing to the pills with a higher dose of hormones.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Hi dear,
In that case, it can be due to some local lesions in the cervix or vagina, or any pathology in the uterus like fibroid which is causing this unexpected pattern of bleeding.
