It could be due to infection either urinary or vaginal.
You can do urine microscopy and culture to rule out urinary infection.

There is no fever.
Don't know the particular reason but yes I am sexually active.
there is no constant discomfort but i do experience for 1 or 2 days and experiencing this from 1 month
