Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Cramping, Enlarged Breast And Negative Pregnancy Test

default
Posted on Tue, 9 Sep 2014
Question: I am n Microgestin 1/20 i had a regulary period in july a week later after my period ended i had bleeding and passed tissue... i thought maybe i was pregnant and didn't know it because of the passing tissue that was fetal shaped. I took a pregnancy test a few days later it was negative. Now in august I am a week late on my period. I've had vaginal cramping. I took another two test both negative. My breats are enlarged. I have no other symptoms. I plan to take another test in a week. Is it possible that these are symptoms of taking new birth control (i was on this for three months). or a chance that i'm getting a false negative pregnancy test.

Brief Answer:
You aren't pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

If you are on birth control pill (you took regularly) and pregnancy tests at home are negative, your chances for pregnancy are zero.

Delay in periods can be from hormonal imbalance because you have had bleeding two times in a row in a month.

But enlarged breast and vaginal cramps may be a sign that you will menstruate soon.

You do not need to take another test.

All the best
