Brief Answer:
Due to increased stress levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sometimes, after surgery the vaginal spotting and bleeding starts due to increased stress levels.
It is normal and there is nothing to worry if the bleeding is not excessive.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
