Brief Answer:
Explanation is given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear!
I'm sorry for the health issue you are facing .

In my experience as a gynecologist I haven't had patient that have had Mirena and have had autoimmune issue but as I have read Mirena can aggravate or cause Rheumatoid Arthritis in more cases and other autoimmune disorders.

But when Mirena is removed than all health issues that are caused due to Mirena improve.

Hence in my opinion Mirena isn't related with all health issues you have .

While you have multiple joint pain and Raynands better contact with a Rheumatologist .

In my opinion you should not take progesterone because use of it can aggravate mood swings .

If you have any further question please do not hesitate.

Brief Answer:
Chances to have autoimmune disease are less

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks for your query.

In most cases, when blood tests for autoimmune diseases are negative than chances to have these diseases are very very less.

All health issue can be due to and from hormonal imbalances cause from Mirena removal and mood swings .

Hence in my opinion be active , exercise every day minimally 30 min :eat healthy and be happy because you are a young girl.

Brief Answer:
Be calm...

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!

Raynaud's phenomenon have tow forms ,In my opinion you have the first that haven't relation with connective tissue diseases, such as scleroderma, Sjögren’s syndrome, and lupus but have relation with cold and to much stress that you have.

Your blood test that are negative are very important for diseases you think.

Be calm because you will not die from the diseases that you haven't ,but you have bad thoughts for yourself.

Yes ,hormonal imbalances can cause weakness and mood swings.

Small ulcers can be due to low immunity but they can be serious when the become recurrent.

Hence be calm ,all you think are bad thoughts .
