Brief Answer:
Recurrence is due to weak valves in the veins .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been operated for Varicocele on left side and now have recurrence of Varicocele (3mm) on the same side .

1)The recurrence of Varicocele is mainly due to congenital weakness of the non returning valves in veins which are not ligated during first surgery. It is not due to too much consumption of antibiotics.

2)Ligation of the dilated veins is the only treatment for treating Varicocele.

3) There is no complication of redo surgery.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Weak valves are congenital in origin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.Weak valves are congenital in origin and It is not due to Fenasteride .

Sometime heavy exercises like weight lifting or that increases intra abdominal pressure cause weakening of valves in the veins.
Thanks and Regards.
