Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Purple-Red foot with Varicose Veins / Under Evaluation

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.

Read and reviewed facts of your query.

My Impression-
Based on facts of your query, in My opinion, You seems to have ecchymotic hemorrhagic patches which occur from advanced Varicose Veins.

It's presence means that the Venous insufficiency from retrograde flow has caused subcutaneous hemorrhages after rupture of the engorged venous capillaries.

Thus the feet which is red and purple is not the NORMAL appearance.

But it occurs when the Varicose Vein Defect is in Advanced stage with very high pressure in the engorged veins and venous capillaries, which causes rupture of these venous capillaries and thus causes subcutaneous hemorrhage, leading to purple / red foot !!

Suggestion-
I would suggest you to Consult Vascular Surgeon.
Get the Colour doppler Study of the Varicose Veins.
Please get the immediate EVLT(EndoVenous Laser Treatment) treatment done, for the incompetent veins of the short / and / or long saphenous veins of the legs.

Hope this would help you to plan further treatment with doctors there.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.
