Suggest Treatment For Varicose Veins

I dont have itching, but at mornings i feel difficult to walk and gradually pain reduce as the day progress. Recently i observe pain at my right leg calf muscle as well.
Consulted two physicians. One says its because of pressure on varicose veins and other says it is rashes and asked for few tests like FBS, CBC, PTLINR, APTT, Bleed time, Clot time.
When i tought these red spots then i feel it is a clot. I want to know what am I suffering with and Treatment for the same along with whom I should contact

Thank Dr. Shailaja for your brief answer. That helped in getting my confusion cleared. Kindly let me know what has caused this in me. I ubdergo huge work pressure every day. I sit for 14hrs and work late night. What are the precautionary measures to this?
Brief Answer:
Sitting for long duration is the most probable cause of varicose veins.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The risk factors for varicose veins are standing for long duration, pressure on mid-section of body i.e. abdomen, central obesity, pregnancy etc.
As you have mentioned that your work involves sitting for long hours, this is the most probable risk factor for varicose veins.
I suggest you to consult a surgeon for clinical assessment and thus management of the condition.
Thanks and take care
