Suggest Treatment For Venous Ulcer In An Elderly Person

Question: my dad is 72 and got this wound for 7-8 months
he has no sugar, bp . his hemoglobin is less
we went to physician he dressed the wound for 4-5 weeks with megaheal , but no luck.
I am using soframysin now, but still does not heal

Thanks for posting the query to HCM,

I have gone through the attached image.

The ulcer looks like the venous ulcer. It could be due to the necrosed blood vessels.
Consult any surgeon and get the colour doppler of the affected leg. If the exact cause is not ruled out then it is very difficult to cure the wound just by superficial dressing.
