Brief Answer:
Verruca vulgaris

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr.Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Images.

I can see a rough appearing skin lesion/ growth on finger tip just under the finger nail.
Seems like a wart/ verruca vulgaris to me. It must have been there for quite sometime rather than an acute onset.. You may use a topical keratolytic e.g Duofilm liquid.

First soak the area in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, dry the soaked area.

Use a pumice stone, sandpaper, or a nail file to remove the rough areas around the lesion. This will help the keratolytic medicine act better.

Put the medicine on wart and let it dry. Cover it with a bandaid or tape.

Regards
