Brief Answer:
you may need to consult with specialist as early as possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query.
subluxation of cervical vertebrae may lead to cord compression.
I will advise you MRI spine and CT scan for detail diagnosis.
I will advise you to consult in private if you are not getting early appointment.
Till time support you neck with brace and avoid jerky neck movement.
Neurotropic medication like methylcobalamine will help you.
Take calcium supplements and vitamin D supplements.

Brief Answer:
If injury is of year 2006 then subluxation is stable now, no need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

If injury is of year 2006 then subluxation is stable now, no need to worry.

Continue neck strengthening exercises.

MRI report will help to look for cord or nerve compression.

Local steroid injection may help in severe case.
