Brief Answer:
you may need to consult with specialist as early as possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query.
subluxation of cervical vertebrae may lead to cord compression.
I will advise you MRI spine and CT scan for detail diagnosis.
I will advise you to consult in private if you are not getting early appointment.
Till time support you neck with brace and avoid jerky neck movement.
Neurotropic medication like methylcobalamine will help you.
Take calcium supplements and vitamin D supplements.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
