Detailed Answer:
Hi!
Welcome to health care magic!
I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.
First of all, it is sad to know about the issues you have been experiencing lately.
Based on recent history and it's involvement on the same affected side, can't be safely said as a different entity as both seems related. As there is no discharge or symtoms of recent flu or upper respiratory tract infection in your history, I am afraid the sense of fullness can be due to same causes.
For symtomatic relief Betahistine dihydrochloride available with the name of serc or prochlorperazine which goes with the name of stemetil can be used after discussing with your ENT specialist.
Flying in a plane may add into the symtoms, but using a chewing gum while flying or taking off along with prophylactic use of these drugs may help with the symptoms. There is no absolute contraindication to fly with such symtoms, and apart from adding into a slight discomfort there is no harmful implication on overall disease progress.
Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me generously before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.
