Brief Answer:
Better to see a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash H M and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. All the symptoms could be related to menopause.
2. However, as the symptoms include vertigo, dizziness, etc and risk of falling and injuries, an evaluation is necessary. Need to evaluate any other causes.
3. Thyroid hormone profile, complete blood hemogram and routine urine analysis is necessary. As you are obese, hypothyroidism or anemia or diabetes mellitus requires evaluation. A few tests can confirm and also if its menopause related, symptoms can be controlled through hormone replacement therapy and also reduces risk of fall, weakness or osteoporosis.

Do meet your doctor for tests and opinion.

Hope it helps.
