Suggest Treatment For Vertigo With Vomiting
Question: I am 64.one year ago I had head spinning wit vomiting problem. Have Dugger, BP, and celestial. I but in control. One Dr. I suggested best 16, another Dr. I vertin16.now I am having the spinning trouble. Which tablet is more suitable for me? Pl. Suggest

Best 16 and Vertin 16 are both same drugs . You can take any of these .
But more than treatment we need to know what is causing your Spinning problem ( Vertigo )
There are many causes for Vertigo . From simple causes to serious causes .
Simple causes are Low or High BP , Low or High Blood Sugar , Low or High Blood Sodium levels , Anemia , Thyroid Disease .
Serious causes includes Cardiac Problem like Arrythmias, Cardiac Failure , Aortic Stenosis , Brain problems like Stroke , Mass in Brain , Decreased Blood supply to Brain . Inner ear problems
So I advise you to get certain tests done and revert back .
First get you BP checked in Sitting and standing position.
Also get your Blood sugars , Hemoglobin , Serum Sodium , TSH tested .
Second get an ECG, Lipid Profile test .
Third -- Consult an ENT doctor and ask him to do DIX Hallpike Maneuver.
Revert back with reports for further discussion .
