Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

Require detailed evaluation and investigation
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Episodic vertigo can be due to many causes.
One possibility may be benign paroxysmal positional vertigo lasting for few seconds to minutes, postural and may be associated with vomiting.
Other possibility may be postural hypotension characterised by vertigo during standing from supine or sitting position with feeling of black out, palpitations and sweating.
Possibility of multiple sclerosis is less common with only presentation with vertigo.
But to diagnose multiple sclerosis it requires brain and spine imaging. other investigation may also be required.
Provide more details about vertigo.
Duration of vertigo, postural relationship, associated features, hearing impairment, gait abnormalities, facial numbness urinary complains.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Multiple sclerosis has varied presentation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Multiple sclerosis is demyelinating disease of brain and cord.
It has varied manifestation.
The diagnosis require two or more episodes of neurodeficit with evidence on neuroimaging.
The common presentation are optic neuritis leading to visual involvement or some motor deficit due to cord or brain involvement.
Also brainstem involvement may lead to ocular movement disorder.
Vertigo has been reported to be manifestation of multiple sclerosis but requires supportive evidence for definite diagnosis.
You should visit a neurologist for detailed examination and investigation if required for multiple sclerosis.
In my view with two episodes of vertigo and no objective sensory loss over face may be unlikely due to multiple sclerosis.
