For fever you can take crocin tablets in the dose of 500 mg upto 4 times a day.

For cold and cough you can take a combination of cetirizine and ambroxol (for example in relent syrup) in the dose of 5 ml once or twice a day depending on the presence of symptoms.

These medicines are to be taken only if symptoms are present.

1.Is all cold and cough is caused by virus...
A. most of them are caused by virus and are self-limiting

2.I used to be affected by cold at least for 5 days,Once or twice in the year... How to stop that...Each time i have to go to Doc and get injection... For me this cold problem starting symptoms are heavy sneezing,running nose... when i found this next which Tablet i should take to control and stop the cold...
A. Maybe you have low immunity. Get tested for immunoglobulin levels. You can take the same tablets suggested in my previous answer.

3.Since it affects me many times,why my body not developing immunity against this viruses...
A. The virus is always different from the previous one. No one develops immunity to cold viruses.
