Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for the query.
According to these symptoms, you might be having viral flu with upper respiratory tract infection
It could be due to either bacterial or viral infection.
If its viral no need of any antibiotics, just follow the below instructions
1 Take rest
2. Drink plenty of fluids.
3 Prepare a saltwater gargle.
4 use mouth lozenges.
5 Avoid irritants. Keep your home free from cigarette smoke and cleaning products that can irritate the throat.
6 Treat pain and fever.- By proscribing Tablet Paracetamol 500mg twice daily morning and night after food.

For only viral flu no need of any antibiotics.
If you have secondary bacterial infection you may need to take antibiotics like Tablet Amoxiclav 625mg twice daily, morning after food and night for 5 days.As it is prescribed drug , you need to meet local physician for the prescription

Take care
