Question : My bottom lip has recently developed a number of darker spots and is not as pink as it used to be. I am having trouble finding possible reasons. The only thing I can find that might be is a vitamin B deficiency and I have begun for the past few weeks to take supplements but have not seen any improvements

Blackening of lips is due to vitamin deficiency or draining due to tobacco.
Take vitamin supplements for at least 3 months and use some home remedies like applying coconut oil and lemon.
