Suggest Treatment For Vitamin D Deficiency?
Due to Vitamin D3 deficiency.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The intermittent and diffuse pain that you have can be due to vitamin D3 deficiency as well as due to low RBC count.
I suggest you to consult a physician and get prescribed vitamin D and magnesium supplements. Your symptoms should improve with that. Also eat magnesium rich foods like bananas, beans, chickpeas, fish, nuts, soybeans, spinach etc which are natural sources of magnesium.
Regarding vitamin D levels, you need to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of Vitamin D3.
Also take an iron rich diet with proper supplements to improve the levels of RBCs.
I hope this answers your query.

Not due to any vascular disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If your color doppler is normal then it means your blood supply to the legs is intact. There is no chance of PAD.
Being a smoker adds to the risk of peripheral vascular diseases but right now you are not suffering form it. The symptoms you have are more likely to be due to Vitamin D3 deficiency. Improvement of symptoms after taking the supplements will further prove it.
Stress and anxiety often worsens the pains and aches.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Add iron supplements also.
Detailed Answer:
The cold feeling in the limbs can be due to decreased RBC counts. It takes 4-6 weeks for D3 sachets to show a response.
Do add some iron supplements also to your diet.
