Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
Vitamin D deficiency can be easily corrected with appropriate medications and measures but before discussing it further I would like to know your Vitamin D level with lipid profile, creatinine and other blood works.
If you are not able to attach the PDF file then either you can write down the tests or take a picture of that hard copies and attach (.jpg) file.
Our customer care team can also be helpful or you can mail your attachments on ' YYYY@YYYY '.
Awaiting your response.
Regards,
You can mail all those attachments.

attached report
Brief Answer:
No attachment seen.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again,
I can't see any attachment even after waiting for more than 45 minutes.
Anyway you can write down the blood reports and all the figures if you are unable to upload them.
Regarding Vitamin D deficiency:
You can take vitamin D3 cholecalciferol in sachets forms or tablet forms 60,000 IU once weekly which will be available over the counter.
The major cause of vitamin D deficiency is lack of proper sun exposure or person remains covered throughout the day.
Apart from medical treatment, you should have adequate sun light exposure preferably in morning hours around 8 AM for minimum 10 to 15 minutes daily.
Once your vitamin D level will be restored then it is not necessary to continue further vitamin supplements. You have to take balanced diet with proper sunlight exposure to prevent future deficiency.
Let me know your lipid, creatinine and other blood values. We will discuss all one by one.

Dr.Sandip Kabra

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thanks for sharing all the reports.
I have gone through all the blood reports from which here are my findings.
1) Blood sugar is completely normal.
2) Absolute basophil count is sightly low which could be seen in severe allergy or hyperthyroidism and rest of other blood haemogram is completely normal.
3) Blood iron profile is completely normal.
4) BUN/creatinine ratio is slightly elevated which does not have clinical significance since rest of other reports (kidney function tests) are normal.
5) Total vitamin D is slightly low for which you may need some correction and I have already given my suggestion in previous answer.
6) Blood lipid profile is completely normal.
7) Liver function tests are normal and slightly low SGPT (ALT) does not have any clinical significance.
8) Thyroid stimulating hormone is less than 0.01 is indicative of primary or subclincal hyperthyroidism for which you may need to see physician for further evaluation and treatment.
You may require to undergo FREE T3 and FREE T4 values.Your physician will know about it.
Hope this helps.
