Brief Answer:
Your problem is due to discontinuation of medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Your problem is due to discontinuation of medicines.
Generally these medicines need life long treatment.

I advise my patients to take medicines daily.
You have been prescribed right medicines and cholesterol level is expected to be controlled if taken continuously.

You may monitor liver function test as some patients may have side effects.

I also advise to control diet and regular exercise.
Avoid fatty food.

I also suggest to take vitamin D supplementation in the form of vitamin D tablets. One tablet may be taken daily for eight weeks then one tablet can be taken monthly for six months.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
