Brief Answer:
You need to do Cystourethrogram.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback.
Looking at the information that you have provided I suspect you to have stricture of the Urethra which can be confirmed by a radiological test called Cystourethrogram,

Further treatment will depend upon the extent and site of the stricture ,

Please get it done at earliest and do write to me and visit your urologist again

Thanks with regards.

Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Cystourethrogram is a radiological procedure done as a out patient in radiology department. It is simple procedure carried out by X-ray technician.

During the procedure a 20-30 ml of Radio Opaque XXXXXXX (Urograffin) diluted in saline is passed through urethral passage and films are taken while injecting the XXXXXXX .This is called Retrograde Cysto urethrogram

Second film is taken while passing the urine mixed with the XXXXXXX passed earlier. This is called as Micturating Cysto Urethrogram.(MCU).

Entire urethra is visualised in both the films which gives information about site of narrowing of Urethra(Stricture) ,length of stricture etc which helps in deciding the modality of treatment.

This procedure cast about 2500 to3000 XXXXXXX RS.

Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Detail answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Thanks for follow up.

Have you consulted Urologist?

Cystoscopy is an endoscopic examination of urethra passage (Urethra) and bladder .

It has to be done under anaesthesia as a day care procedure and will cost you 10-12 Thousand Rs.(Depending upon the discretion of a Urologist).

Normally I do not put any instrument in urethra unless utmost necessary or all the test have not been conclusive .

Cysto Urethrogram will help to diagnose whether you have stricture (Narrowing of the urethra or not). and modality of further management.

Now it is up to you to take the decision .
Thanks and Regards.
