Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Abdominal Pain And Fever

Question: Hi doctor my mom she is about 45 years old she is struggling with a problem of digestin, when ever she eats non veg or nuts raw veg she is having vomiting and sever stomach-abdominal pain, fever , diagherrea
She did endoscopic test last year and she did so many blood tests but no use,no one could help what is the problem ,plz help me what is going on with it..when I check online with the symptoms,it is showing it might be a ,ulcerative colitis or strictures,or chronic desies ..I don't know what it could be,but plz help me to find out DR....

So the symptoms are like recurrent vomiting ,pain abdomen and diarrhoea with fever .
Considering all these symptoms I would be interested in knowing the blood and endoscopy reports. Can up upload her reports here. There is a feature to upload reports on this page.

Besides the above reports, it would be better if have her routine blood tests like complete blood count ,ESR, CRP, liver function test, serum creatinine and an ultrasound of abdomen. If these are not done yet, you can discuss with her treating physician. This wil help me to assess her condition and the severity of illness.

I would also like to be briefed about exact treatment she took earlier.

Hello DR thank u for ur answer ,but I want to know what would be the reason when it's only occurring when she is taking non veg ,and raw carrot or celery or eggs or dry fruits .....what are these symptoms generally shows ? Other wise she is fine if don't take any one of these foods!?

controlling her risk factors is ideal

I have seen all her reports. one thing is she is having uncontrolled sugars that should be controlled ,not only sugars but all other comorbidities should be controlled.

In the reports I did not find CRP ,if possible consult a gastroenterologist. Till then you can consider tab rifixamin 400 mg twice a day for 2 weeks ,tab IBSET twice a day 2 weeks ,cap VSL#3 ONCE DAY 2 weeks, and please check her vitamin B12 levels ,because some time they may mimic such symptoms. Please note that all these are prescription drugs. Please consult with her doctor regarding the same.

overall controlling her risk factors with proper diet modification and treatment will also contribute for her well being.

Hello DR,thank u so much for ur reply, do u think any other tests she neede other than, crp...cause the above results are not showing any matching problem to her current situation.....
And she is taking right now some medicine should she take this given medicine along with that or should she stop those ? She is using diabetes medicine....
Now a days she is feeling so tired and dull and hungry she can't walk much and she can't stand for long time , day by day she is getting weak. As per we discuss in before XXXXXXX do u think she had any digestive syndroms or eosinophilia enterocilitis??????
Plz explain me what is the further treatment for her ? And my mother she is in XXXXXXX right now ,in Andhra Pradesh ,,do u recommend any good DR regarding her problem,,,and could u please let me know from where u r located ?

Avoid giving her pain killers ,and let her continue the medication she is on,and regarding investigation please do a CRP level ,ESR and Complete blood count to rule out digestive syndrome with this a vitamin B 12 levels also.After this reports I will be in a positin to guide you if she needs any further investigation .

Hello dr the doctors in XXXXXXX they are not allowing any others proscription so can u give me ur proscription is that possible and she had a surgery in her past history is she had a appendicitis and cist operation an two years ago ,so can she use your medicine and is there any side effects because of this medicine plz let me know as soon as possible

Yes she can use the prescribed medications as there are no side effects.
And regarding my prescription it would be unethical to prescribe you the scheduled drugs without a proper physical examination ,please consult your doctor for the same..

hello DR iam sending some more reports regarding my mother ...which is u ask me to send ..these r all reports which is she done in the past ..we are still in confuse what is her problem why she is not able to digest any fiber food ,and why she is having, severe body pains and stomach pain when she is eating non veg and high fiber food, plz help us , what is her actual problem what it does called in medical form, how she could come over of this problem, can she be alright....!what kind of treatment she need? plz proceed to further treatment..iam having lot of hopes...is that may u can help us...if she need any other tests to do for her diagnosis....plz let me know.

If the pain is so significant better consider for a CECT abdomen

Before me procedding I just want to know ,is she better from before after taking the medications which I suggested .
if the pain abdomen is that severe you can consider to get a CECT abdomen ,it will definitely help us to know the probable cause or we need to investigate further if any serious problem .
And in one report I have seen ESR is high ,that may be because of many causes ,actually after cect abdomen if needed one consider for a colonoscopy .
If everything is normal then it could be a irritable bowel syndrome.
