Brief Answer:
Ranitidine and antacid; take to the hospital if the pain is unbearable

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Noted the history about your 30 year old wife and understood the concerns.
I hope she is not pregnant.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Where is the pain? Only upper abdomen or all over?
Any bloating, loose stools, constipation or fever?
Any spicy food or outside food that she took?
Any other history.

Till then you can give her Ranitidine or Omeprazole; some antacid like Mucaine gel.

If there is no relief then she may need to have clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like X-ray of abdomen in standing position, ultrasonography and tests of blood, stool and urine to know the exact cause so that a proper management as per the final diagnosis can be done. Avoid giving her foods and fluids if the pain is severe.

I hope this answer helps you.
