Question: I am 40yrs old women. I am suffering from severe migraine headache from 17yrs. I am using vasograin med 1 tab before. now i am using 2. I am also having thyroid. Now there is a problem in gallbladder also. But still now i am not having permanent relief from migraine. now 2 tab is not ok for me. after taking the med i am having the pain still 2 days. and i am having severe pain during my mensus period also. at that time i am suffering from vomiting and giddiness. i will not able to take any intake even water itself. what is the permanent remedy
