Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns for your daughter.
Recurrent episodes of vomiting that happens in every month could be related to menstrual cycles. Young girls experience pain and vomiting during the periods. No need to worry and only supportive measures are needed most.
As of now only antiemetics (drugs used to control vomiting) and IV fluids(to compensate for the fluid loss from the body due to vomiting) are required. Let her drink plenty of water to keep herself hydrated. Avoid any unwanted stress and anxiety.
If symptoms persist again, a detailed evaluation is needed to look for other causes. She might require an ultrasound abdomen to rule out ovarian diseases and also a thorough hormonal evaluation is needed in that case.
I suggest you consult a Gynecologist if symptoms persist again. As of now no need to worry.
Wishing her a good health
Thanks
