Question: hlw sir i am taking alcohol every day from 40 to 45 days ..and i have big gas problem my chest and neck are giving me lots of pain i cant take food because of vomiting plzz sugest me what to do..

Possible Alcoholic gastritis.Need Endoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have severe alcohol induced gastritis.

This can cause all your current symptoms.

Quit alcohol,its high time.

I advise you to get an upper GI endoscopy.

This can detect the extent and severity of gastritis.

Meanwhile I advise you to take Tab Pantop D 40 mg twice a day before meal for 14 days.This will heal the gastric mucosa.

Consult an expert Gastroenterologist with regards to above.
