Brief Answer:
Medicine is in system - eye watering is expected

Detailed Answer:
Hi....coming to your queries -

1. Medicine is still in her system. Whenever a medicine is administered. If the kid vomits within 15 minutes we need to repeat the dose. Otherwise, it would've gone into the system, don't worry.

2. Watering of eyes and other systemic manifestation like vomiting is common in walking pneumonia as it is caused by atypical organisms.

3. Terrible cough is another associated symptom. Post cough vomiting us also common not only in walking pneumonia but in any cough.

I wish her speedy recovery. Do not worry.

Sorry, one last question. I gave her mortin at 12:30pm. I gave her tylenol.at 5:45 and motrin at 8:30. The dr. said O should give both but to do tylenol every 4-6 and motrin ever 6-8 amd just make sure that any doses were 2 hours apart. She's sleeping now and her temp. taken by ear is 96.4. Is that ok?

Brief Answer:
Let her sleep well

Detailed Answer:
That is quite fine. Don't disturb her sleep and give medicine. You need to give either Motrin or Tylenol only if temperature is above 100F and she's uncomfortable.

Otherwise no need for regularly giving medicine for fever to keep temperature down. Fever is just a physiological indication that the body is fighting the infection. That's all....nothing to worry about fever.

Infection will be tackled by Azithromycin. So do not worry yourself to give round the clock medications.
