                                            Stress can be the culprit
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and the report.
I can understand your concern
The normal range for adrenaline is 0 to 900 pg/mL and for norepinephrine is 0 to 600 pg/mL.
From your results, I deduct that you have a high level of noradrenaline and this can explain you high and erratic heart rate.
Higher-than-normal levels of blood catecholamines may suggest:
Acute anxiety
Severe stress
Pheochromocytoma (rare tumor)
Neuroblastoma (rare tumor)
Ganglioblastoma (very rare tumor)
Ganglioneuroma (very rare tumor)
You don't have symptoms of pheochromocytoma and the other very rare tumors of the list,so stress and anxiety can be potential causes that can explain your test results.
At the other side infection is a stressful condition for our body and can cause high catecholamin levels.
If the catecolamines continue to be high after the infection ,this means that is another cause that produce the high level of noradrenaline (it is necessary to repeat the catecholamines test in blood and urine after the infection.)
If you don't have fever, it is important to do the white blood cells test(TLC and DLC with absolute count), to understand if you still have infection or not.
In my opinion stress and acute anxiety can be potential cause of your actual condition.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you for using HCM.
Wish you good health.
