Question: Hi Doctor, I am 36 years old. Almost two years back I got married and was not able to have sex partly because of Anxiety and partly Weak Erection. I met a sexpert and he advised me to take Megalis 10 mg (half tablet) for one week and "Tentex Royal" for one week - two capsules every day. I got reasonable results. However, my wife was not living with me and I used to meet her for a week in three to four months I could not get to know much about erection. I have been masturbating for around 18 years and 2 to 3 times every day. No problem in masturbation. But now for last three months my wife has started living with me and not only I fail to get proper erection but my sex desire (libido) has gone to nil. I have tried Vigomax and Ignitor (Zydus) but it is not of much use. Megalis too, I take at times but since my libido has gone very low, I am not able to get proper erection. Though, I can masturbate still at my wish. My queries are as under: 1. Under the circumstances what medicines should i take to get proper and lasting erection and increase libido. 2. Do I have problems due to excessive masturbation. 3. Do these medicines (Vimax forte, Tentex Royal and Megalis) have any any side effects. I am healthy and my BP and sugar are okay. I forgot to ask that Do Kegel Exercises work in Erecatile Dysfunction and poor erection....thanks
