Brief Answer:
low sodium may cause it...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your blood pressure does not justify any symptoms. Your sodium level does. Other symptoms may include headache, nausea, muscle cramps. Much lower levels may cause even more symptoms like seizures or even coma.

126mEq/L is inappropriately low and some basic investigation is required. Urine osmolality and sodium excretion fraction are important tests to consider. Any relevant medical history might be helpful like renal disease, hormonal disorders, etc.

The most likely cause is sodium intake restriction, so that the net sodium in your body got lower with time. Sweating, vomiting, etc may cause sodium losses. Increasing salt intake a bit for a short time may help. More specific treatment options will depend on the diagnosis (after investigation).

I hope you find my comments helpful!

Thank you Dr Panaggiotis for your message. Do you recommend taking me those two tests for sodium and what are the treatments for it.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Yes... testing would be helpful

Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!

Yes, I would recommend testing because it would help to clarify the cause. The causes of low sodium are numerous and these tests will help your doctor determine the diagnosis. In some cases, more testing might be required (depending on the results obviously). The treatment also depends on the cause, so I can't suggest any particular treatments at this point. Despite that, increasing the salt intake for a short while might be helpful. Watch your blood pressure though... If you don't have serious or at least moderate heart failure then no serious problems are anticipated with this approach.

Kind Regards!
