Suggest Treatment For Weakness Due To Vitamin D Deficiency
Question: My baby is almost 5 months and I was still feeling tired, weak, heel pain etc. Recently I took a blood test and it says "Severely deficient of Vitamin D". Also Vitamin B is just to the average.
Should I consult my gynecologist or general physician?
Brief Answer:
physician
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Deficiency of vitamin B and D is likely to cause these symptoms.
You need to take vit. D capsules along with calcium. You also need to take vitcofol injections along with vit. B complex tablets.
You need to see a physician for getting prescription for the above.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

I consulted a physician and he has given the below dose.
Drise tablet - 1 0 0
Complete TD - 0 0 1
Already I am taking,
CCM - 0 1 0
Livogen - 0 0 1
Is this fine to go ahead?
And sunlight between morning 7-8.
Sunlight around 11 am doesn't have vit D?
Brief Answer:
yes
Detailed Answer:
Hi
These medicines are good enough. You can continue. Sun exposure is also important.
Sunlight in early morning helps in generating vit. D without causing side effects like sunstroke and dehydration. So morning sunlight is better.
