I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your electrophoresis report suggest that you have thalassemia minor.
Your ferritin is low and TIBC is high that suggest iron deficiency anemia.
So overall you have thalassemia minor with supra added iron deficiency.

Whether such type of problem will create any type of problem in future. Also after taking Faa 20 which contains Iron for 10 days I am having Iron deficient.
Also I have heard that In Thalassemia Iron becomes overloaded.
Whether any kind of treatment is required for such condition.
Thanking you.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have both thalassemia minor and iron deficiency anemia. It is very common condition.
Generally thalassemia minor person have normal life. they don't face any problem except slightly low hemoglobin. Iron overload is more common with thalassemia major.
In minor iron overload is not a issues. Moreover your iron store(ferritin) is low. So iron treatment will help you replenish the iron store.
Don't worry about anything. It is not a big issues.
Only problem is , thalassemia minor boy should not marry with thalassemia minor girl. Because it can leDs to thalassemia major child. Otherwise no other problems are there.
Hope I have answered your questions.
If you any doubts then feel free to ask me.

Thank you for your reply.
Sir, whether low Iron may be from celiac disease. Because earlier once in tTg-Iga test came out positive but subsequent test were negative. But further examination like biopsy or other test were not performed because of non-availability of such facility in our locality.
Whether tTg-Iga test confirms the prevalence of celiac disease. Because I always feel weakness, pain in leg, shortness of breath. On minimal activity on gym the heart beat raises unprecedentedly.

Brief Answer:
Intestinal biopsy should be done for exact diagnosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have celiac disease. But only antibody levels are not sufficient. It is just a screening test. There are many false positive and false negative results. So it should be confirmed by small intestinal biopsy. Go for biopsy once. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
