If blood pressure is not controlled,it may result in such symptoms. Please get it monitored.

Other common conditions which may result in such symptoms are-
1)Depression
2)Thyroid disorder
3)Diabetes
4)Anemia
5)Addictions like alcohol intake

Please see if any of the above factors apply in your case,in addition to high blood pressure.

Please follow-up with details.

Thank you...I was under the impression that high blood pressure did not cause any symptoms. I take medicine for high BP but I admit I often forget to take it. I dont think I'm "depressed", and I don't drink any alcohol. Additionally, I am having trouble with frequent headaches and I can't walk up a flight of stairs without feeling (and breathing) like I ran a marthon...but the excessive fatique & a constant metallic taste in my mouth are my most bothersome symptoms. I could loose about 10 pounds but I am not even considered overweight for my height...the recentconstant hunger is what made me put on 10 lbs in the last month or so. My insurance is terrible leaving me paying everything out of pocket up to 6K so I was just wondering if the symptoms I am exeriencing point to anything specic.

Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Frequent headache and excessive fatiguability can be manifestations of high blood pressure. Please get proper BP control.

Metallic taste commonly occurs due to-
1)Medications-please list all medications you are taking. Can you correlate your metallic taste to any of the medicines?
2)Sinus infection/upper respiratory tract infection
3)Food allergy
4)Poor oral hygiene

Please see if any of the above applies in your case.

Excessive hunger can be due to following common causes-
Thyroid disorder,Diabetes,Depression,Anxiety.

I suggest you to please get your blood sugar and Thyroid function tests done and revert back with reports.Meanwhile, please do regular dedicated mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga.

Hope that I have answered your query for now.If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
