Question : is it not normal for a tongue to look like mine, picture attached.

Should I be concerned about the white stuff at the back of my mouth?

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCAREMAGIC..

As per the image attached it seems like some fungal growth on tongue although not very severe..
It can be due to lack of cleaning of tongue at the far back..

Nothing to worry, start gargling with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..
Use a soft toothbrush and dip on the above solution and gently clean your tongue..
Use a tongue scraper to clean your tongue..
Eat more of Probiotics like Yogurt and garlic...

Follow for 15 days and revert back..
