Brief Answer:
Abscess tooth due to deep caries

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in.

As per your symptoms i would tell you that you have deep carious tooth which caused abscess due to delayed treatment. It requires Root Canal Treatment or extraction depending on clinical & radiographic (xray) condition.
Start with a course of analgesic & antibiotic.
Consult your dentist for proper diagnosis & get treatment started. Please do not delay as the abscess can spread.

Hope I answered your query

Wishing you good health
